Q: Is my ad account data safe?

Yes. PaidSync uses OAuth 2.0, so your ad platform credentials are never shared with the AI. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.

Q: What happens when I exceed my call limit?

You can instantly top up for more calls from your dashboard or upgrade your plan. Your ad accounts remain connected. You just cannot execute new actions until you add more calls.

Create your account

Sign up at paidsync.ai/signup with Google or email. You start on the free plan with 15 tasks per month.

Copy your MCP server URL

After signing in, go to your Dashboard → Connections page. Your unique MCP URL is displayed there. Copy it.

Add PaidSync to your AI assistant

Paste the MCP URL into your AI's settings. See the Connect Your AI section for platform-specific instructions.

Connect your ad accounts

On the Connections page, click Connect Google Ads or Connect Meta Ads. Authorize via OAuth. PaidSync never sees your password.

That's it. Open your AI assistant and say "Show me my Google Ads campaigns" and PaidSync is live.

Connect Your AI

PaidSync is an MCP server, a way to give your AI new abilities. You connect it once in your AI's settings and it can read and manage your ad accounts. No plugins, no code, no downloads.

Sign in rather than pasting an API key. An API key works for reports and for previewing a change with dry_run. Applying a change to Google Ads needs the sign-in option, because Google's Ads API policy requires a signed-in person before a tool changes a Google Ads account.

Claude.ai web

The fastest path for most people. Works in your browser, no install.

Open claude.ai and click your name (bottom-left), then Settings.
Go to Connectors and search for PaidSync.
Click Connect and sign in with your PaidSync account.
If PaidSync is not in the list, add it by hand instead: + Custom connector, Remote, server URL https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp, then choose the sign-in option rather than pasting a key.

Start a new chat and PaidSync tools are available right away. Try "Show me my campaigns."

ChatGPT

Open ChatGPT Settings and go to your connectors
Search for PaidSync and add it. If it is not listed, add it by hand with the server URL https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp

Connectors work on every Claude plan, including Free. Pro and Max users turn on Developer Mode first.

Open your profile → Settings → Apps → Advanced, then turn on Developer Mode (Enterprise members can skip this if their admin already allowed custom connectors)
Go to Settings → Connectors → + Custom connector → Remote
Name it PaidSync and paste the server URL https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp
Choose OAuth to sign in with your PaidSync login. An API key from your dashboard also works for reports and for previewing a change, but applying a change to Google Ads requires signing in with OAuth
Save, then open a new thread and PaidSync is ready

Go to Connections

In your PaidSync dashboard, navigate to Connections and click Connect Google Ads.

Authorize with Google

A Google sign-in window opens. Sign in with the Google account that has access to your Google Ads account. Grant PaidSync permission to manage your campaigns.

Select your account

If you have multiple Google Ads accounts or an MCC, select the account you want to manage. You can connect multiple accounts.

Once connected, your AI can immediately start managing campaigns, keywords, ads, and more.

What counts as a task

Each action your AI executes counts as one task. Creating a campaign, pulling a report, pausing an ad group, adding a keyword. Browsing the tool list or reading descriptions does not count.

OAuth 2.0

All ad platform connections use standard OAuth. PaidSync never sees or stores your Google or Meta password.

Encrypted Storage

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. They're only decrypted in memory at the moment of an API call.

Your Reporting Data

Daily performance figures are kept so reports load fast and period comparisons work. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long.

API Key Isolation

Each user gets a unique API key. Never share it or an MCP URL containing it, publicly or in a chat: it is your authentication. Prefer signing in over a key where your assistant supports it, and note that changes to Google Ads need the sign-in option either way.

Do I need technical knowledge

How do I cancel

Go to your Dashboard, then Settings, then Danger Zone, then Cancel Plan. Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle. Your ad accounts remain connected on the free plan.
